Selected highlights from my portfolio
LLM Validation Framework
As QA Lead for ML Ops, developed a test and monitoring framework for LLM validation using deepeval and MLflow, coupled with custom logprob and semantic-entropy calculations that measure model confidence and flag hallucinations, plus LLM-as-a-judge techniques. Added automated Playwright UI tests running in GitHub CI.
Embedded Audio Device Framework
Built one Python/Pytest/Appium framework from the ground up for embedded audio devices, their firmware, and companion iOS and Android apps, including strategic Amazon projects. It validates audio output and voice commands, drives multi-device flows across Google (Gmail, Firebase, Chirp3) and Microsoft Teams, and uses AI to classify failures from screenshots, stack traces, and test steps and pinpoint root causes with confidence metrics. Also architected and managed its custom device farm of on-premise hardware and worldwide servers, wired into GitLab CI/CD.
Educational Platform Automation
Architected a Playwright/TypeScript framework for a complex educational platform of interconnected apps, with a custom k6 performance suite that replicates real user behavior. Introduced static code analysis and Git hooks, built GitLab CI pipelines that lint, build, test, and deliver reports, and worked directly with the client.
HR Platform Automation
Architected a scalable TypeScript/Playwright framework for critical web applications, with functional and visual comparison tests that protect the main platform's UI. Built CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and GitHub for continuous test runs and deployment checks, and wrote the documentation and best practices used across engineering teams.
Unified Mobile, Web & API Framework
Built one test automation framework covering mobile apps, web admin panels, and backend API endpoints. Scaled test runs across a wide matrix of devices and operating systems on BrowserStack, and integrated the suite into GitHub Actions with custom Slack reporting.
Google Search - Shopping & Travel
Built an end-to-end test automation framework from scratch for web and mobile testing. Led a team of six engineers to automate functional and visual testing of Google Shopping and Google Travel. Mentored the team, and wrote unit, component, and WebDriver tests for Google Travel that align its manual test logic with automated coverage.
Financial API Automation
Independently designed the test automation architecture for API endpoints connected to major financial institutions and brokerages: a modular Python framework handling complex authentication flows, captcha bypassing, and API and UI coverage. Led scale validation and JMeter load testing, and set engineering standards for branching, code reviews, and coding conventions.
UN Data Validation
Enhanced and maintained Playwright-based automated tests for mission-critical United Nations applications, built automated data validation pipelines on CosmosDB, and developed JMeter load testing protocols and organizational best-practice guidelines.
Medical Device Testing
Architected the complete test automation strategy for a regulated medical device and its native iOS and Android app, unifying web, API, and mobile testing in one Python framework. Built a custom device farm and Jenkins CI pipelines, taking automated coverage from zero to over 85%.
E-Commerce
Led global quality assurance for 5 major brands across 4 regions, serving tens of millions of users daily. Managed, mentored, and scaled a team of 7 senior QA and automation engineers, overhauled the legacy automation suite to remove flakiness, and directed enterprise load and release testing.
Employee Communication Platform
Built a Java/Selenide/TestNG framework embedded in CI/CD pipelines and adopted company-wide by developers and QA. Authored the strategic test automation roadmap and moved test runs into containerized Docker environments.
Credential Evaluation Platform
Moved the legacy end-to-end suite from Protractor to a modern Playwright framework, identified, debugged, and fixed complex frontend and backend bugs through root-cause analysis, and streamlined CI/CD deployments with Jenkins and Docker.
Agriculture Platform Automation
Built a TypeScript/Playwright test automation framework for Yara International's agriculture web platforms, with tests running in CI/CD pipelines.
Social Platform Automation
Built a Cypress test automation framework in TypeScript for FriendFinder Networks' social networking web platforms, with tests running in CI/CD pipelines.
Travel Platform Automation
Built a Selenium WebDriver test automation framework for Amadeus travel web applications, with tests running in CI/CD pipelines.

Full-Mission Simulator Test Tool
Developed a custom C++ test automation tool for full-mission military simulators, capable of injecting data directly into memory and running multi-threaded test scenarios.
Online Assessment & Training Platform
Developed an online assessment and training platform for the personnel of military ports — a software development role rather than test automation.
